Kimberly Leary teaches within the Science department at Devon Prep. She has taught AP Environmental Science, Agricultural Science, and Oceanography at the high school level and Chemical & Earth Science and Interactive Life Science for 8th and 6th grade. She graduated from Ursinus College in 2016 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Spanish and is currently finishing up her Masters of Education at St. Joseph’s University. At Devon, she serves as the Manager of Sustainability programs and moderates the Environmental Protection Club. She is passionate about environmentalism, sustainability and supporting her students’ passions through hands-on, interactive and student-centered learning. She also moderates the Ski and Snowboard Club and served as the Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Track & Field Coach. She enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with her puppy, cat and husband in Philadelphia.
