Liz Eshleman has been the Director of College Counseling at Devon Prep for the past 16 years.  She enjoys working with students at this exciting time in their lives, closing one chapter, high school, and beginning a new one, college.  She helps guide and support students to find their fit for college so they can be their best selves and achieve their goals.  Prior to joining Devon Prep in 2007, she spent ten years working at Villanova University, both in Undergraduate Admissions and MBA Admissions and Advising.  In addition to having more than 25 years of experience in college admissions and college counseling, she spent two years in corporate recruiting at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a division of pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson. At J&J, Liz was returning to college campuses to hire college co-op students and recent college graduates. Liz has a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College (1995) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Binghamton University (1993.)  She and her husband of 21 years reside in Collegeville. Liz is also the proud parent of a Class of 2021 graduate, Jack, who was a student-athlete in both the Middle and Upper Schools and a member of the 2019 State Championship Varsity Baseball Team.
