With a passion for faith, education, and forming young men
of character, Jennifer Dusza has spent over 25 years working
in Catholic schools and ministries both in the U.S. and
abroad. She joined Devon Prep in January 2025, coming with
experience at the middle school and high school levels. She
holds a degree in Theology from Franciscan University and
she is currently pursuing a Master of Sacred Art degree in
Theology of the Body and New Evangelization at Pontifex
University. Passionate about faith formation, community
building, and truth-seeking, she brings both strategic insight
and deep spiritual conviction to her work.
