Brian Carter is a 2009 graduate of Downingtown East High School. In 2014, he graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Physical Education as well as a minor in Health. Brian holds a Graduate Certificate in Athletic Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University (2021). He currently has a Instructional II Teachers Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Brian is also the Assistant Athletic Director, Head Wrestling Coach, Head Middle School Soccer Coach, and Assistant High School Soccer Coach. Brian will be entering his 9th year as a teacher and 5th year at Devon Prep.
