Seykora Wins Silver at States
Senior Tom Seykora ran 4:29.05 to win a silver medal in the PIAA Class AA State Championship. The only other Devon athlete to perform better at States was Tom’s coach, Mr. Paul Sanborn, who won the gold in 1964. The Track & Field Team earned 8 medals and a 7th place finish at the District 1 AA Championships.

Devon Prep Appoints New Varsity Basketball Coaches
Devon Preparatory School announced the appointment of Mr. Jason Fisher as head coach of the varsity basketball team. Fisher will begin coaching in the 2013-14 basketball season. In addition, Mr. Kevin Carroll has been appointed assistant coach.

Juniors Drew Brekus and Ben Conser broke the Devon Prep school record for the most wins in a tennis season this year.
