Devon Prep exists to form young men of purpose, faith, and character. Our five-year Strategic Plan outlines how we will strengthen teaching and learning, deepen character formation, and invest in the people and spaces that make our brotherhood strong. Rooted in our Catholic, Piarist mission, the plan focuses on six priorities: Intellectual Formation, Hearts & Habits, Stakeholder Engagement, Enrollment Management, Financial Sustainability, and Facilities & Infrastructure. Ensuring that every student is known, challenged, and supported. This living plan is reviewed annually, guided by clear leadership and measurable progress, and centered always on student impact. We invite families, alumni, and friends to explore the plan and partner with us as we shape the future of Devon Prep.
