• Middle School Student Athletes Honored at Banquet

    The Athletic Department honored Middle School student athletes at the annual Middle School Sports Banquet held in Devon Prep’s athletic facility. Soccer, basketball, baseball and track coaches were on hand to introduce the members of their teams, give an overview of the season, and present MVP, Spirit, and Sportsmanship Awards.

  • 2015 Baseball Team Honored

    During half time of the last home varsity basketball game the 2015 Varsity Baseball team and their coaches were recognized for winning the District I AA championship last year. Several alumni players also returned for the ceremony.

  • Winter Sports Senior Night

    Winter Sports Senior Night ceremony took place before the last varsity basketball home game against Bristol High School. Thirteen seniors on the Basketball, Bowling and Indoor Track & Field Teams were honored and their parents recognized.

  • Senior Wins Gold in High Jump

    Senior Shane Norris won the gold medal in the High Jump at the Track and Field Coaches Association of Greater Philadelphia (TFCAofGP) Meet #7 at Glen Mills School on Saturday, January 30.

  • Alumnus Zach Schellenger ’14 on Episode of ABC’s “What Would You Do?”

    Devon Prep grad Zach Schellenger ’14 appeared on the Monday, January 26th episode of ABC TV’s “What Would You Do?” a hidden camera show that captures unsuspecting people‚Äôs reactions to everyday situations portrayed by actors.

  • Sophomore Ranks Nationally in Long Jump

    Sophomore Charlie Verna won the long jump at the Track and Field Coaches Association of Greater Philadelphia’s meet on Saturday, January 16 at Haverford College with a jump of 21 feet, 5.75 inches!

  • Class of 2016 Turkey Bowl

    In early December the Class of 2015 participated in the traditional Turkey Bowl football game on Devon Prep’s athletic field.

  • 2015 Devon Prep 5K Challenge

    The Devon Prep Alumni Association sponsored the annual 5K Challenge on the Saturday after Thanksgiving in Wilson Park in Wayne. Nearly 100 alumni, students, parents and friends of Devon Prep participated in the race.

  • BAL All League Honors

    Eleven golf and soccer athletes received Bicentennial Athletic League (BAL) honors for the fall 2015 season. In addition, Devon Prep Golf Coach Mr. Frank Casey was named 2015 BAL Golf Coach of the Year.
