Devon Prep Teacher Appreciation Week

Our celebration schedule for the week will be the following:

• Monday – Beach Towel Bonanza!
• Tuesday – National Teacher Day of Giving
• Wednesday – Family Workout Wednesday
• Thursday – Thank A Teacher Thursday
• Friday – Faculty Zoom Happy Hour and Trivia Night


   Monday: all of our faculty will receive a little summer vacation, early!! Devon Prep embroidered beach towels are set to ship and arrive to our faculty on Monday to kick off Teacher Appreciation Week. 

Tuesday is Devon Teacher Day of Giving. On social media, use hashtag #devonprepteacher and share how they have inspired you. You can also tag @devonprep on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook

We know that this has been a difficult time for everyone, so if you are in a position to make a contribution to our teacher’s professional development, their departments or their retirement, Tuesday will be the day!

Consider honoring of that special teacher with a donation online or via Venmo @devonprep

Wednesday, we hope that our students and families can individually come together and do some sort of outside activity. Go for a run, a walk, a hike, or any other exercise to get out of your house and show support for our teachers.

Thursday will be Thank A Teacher Thursday. Email, video, post a message on social media celebrating many of our teachers or one specific teacher that has made your son’s experience at Devon special.  All the messages of support will be posted on the Devon website or social media for our teachers to see!

Friday: The week will end with a virtual happy hour and trivia game for faculty hosted by Devon Prep Administrators!
