2006-2007 Annual Report
In 1956, the Piarist Fathers opened Devon Preparatory School for Boys on a 20 acre campus on Valley Forge Road in Devon, Pennsylvania. The freshman class consisted of 49 young men. Thus began a tradition of academic excellence that continues today.
In 2006, the Devon Prep community began gearing up for a year long celebration of their golden anniversary. The year included fun and exciting events and activities for students, faculty, parents and alumni. From the Opening Mass of Thanksgiving with Cardinal Justin Rigali to the Class of 2007 Commencement Devon Prep’s anniversary was celebrated every month in a host of different ways.
