Devon Prep has a computerized system for the carfeteria. Students use a PIN number based on their student IDs to access their accounts.
Parents can pay for their son's breakfasts, lunches and snacks in two ways:
Cash or check
You can pay by check or cash sent directly to the business office. Payments sent to the office will be applied to your son's account the next school day. The cafeteria cannot accept checks. All checks must go to the business office.
Online with Credit Card
You can deposit money into your son's account via a credit card through www.cafeprepay.com. These funds will be available the next day.
The website will also provide 30-day snapshots of your son's lunch activity. This is a detailed report that lists meal activity and deposits.
Please note:
- There is a 6% surcharge that will be charged to your credit card to use the online deposit system. There is no charge if you only want to view participation and account balances.
- You will need your son's PIN number to access the account.
