Fall Drama – THE CRUCIBLE
Nov 6 @ 7:30 pm

Devon Prep’s Theater  Program presents Arthur Miller’s The Crucible on November 6, 7 at 7:30PM and November 8 at 2 PM in the athletic facility.
“A Tony Award Winner for Best Play, this drama about the real-life Puritan purge of witchcraft in Salem, Massachusetts is both a gripping historical play and a timely parable of unchecked paranoia in our contemporary society.  The story focuses upon a young farmer, his wife, and a servant-girl who maliciously causes the wife’s arrest for witchcraft.  The farmer brings the girl to court to admit the lie – and it is here that the monstrous course of bigotry and deceit is terrifyingly depicted.”
