League Information

Devon Prep will be part of the Philadelphia Catholic League in 2018/19

“We look for sports that express our Catholic values,” said Rev. Francisco Jose Aisa, Devon Prep’s headmaster. “We want our students to experience the value of teamwork, obedience, effort, humility, and truth. For that reason, we asked to join the Philadelphia Catholic League.”

Upper School

PIAA

Devon Prep is a member of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) and therefore is eligible to participate in all PIAA sanctioned play-offs, meets, etc.

Bicentennial Athletic League (BAL)

For the ninth through twelfth grade students, Devon Prep is a member of the Bicentennial Athletic League (BAL) which is made up of public and private schools in Chester, Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.  Within the BAL, our school fields varsity and junior varsity teams in the following: cross country, golf, and soccer in the fall; basketball, bowling, and indoor track & field in the winter; baseball, tennis, track & field, and lacrosse in the spring.  We will also field freshman teams in basketball and soccer if participation warrants.  Our High School teams play against the following teams in the BAL:

Catholic Academy League / CYO

Our Middle School teams play in the Catholic Academy League for soccer and basketball, and in the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) League for baseball and track & field.  We traditionally compete with the following schools:
